They made a big deal about it too (positively of course). Surprising to see many gamblers not tip the server. Drink service at the machines was non-existent. The vibe was not the party vibe I get in Vegas. This casino isn’t it if you are looking to get a nice amount of pay back it’ll just drain you guys.

I’m there almost daily because I live close by but the only thing that’s worth it is collecting my 15 bucks free play that you can collect for up to two weeks if you choose table bets. You go to a casino to have fun but the fun just isn’t at harrahs. I read all these reviews people saying clean and friendly staff well that’s all fine and dandy but when you throw hundreds of dollars into a machine and never get a bonus what’s the point I’d be friendly too if I was winning but lots of the times you can’t even hit a bonus.
